Terms And Conditions Refund and Returns Policy

BEAUTY SCHOOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     Payment in full is required upon booking or agreement with Pay pal and student

 

2. All course payments are strictly non refundable.

3. Places on a course are only confirmed once payment is complete on our website

4. Once the course payment completes then a complete screen will show and you are required to download and print your manual straight away

5. You will also receive a confirmation email which will have attached the downloadable link to print your manual

6. If a payment receipt is required please email our booking team at hello@innerbuzz.co.uk and one will be emailed to you

7. All learner information is confidential and will not be discussed or shared with other parties.

8. Any cancellations within 7 days of the course students will lose their full course payment

9. If a learner does not turn up on the day they will lose their full course paymment

 10. If the learner needs to reschedule within the 7 days before the course for any reason, they will lose their full course payment

11. Inner Buzz Beauty School is not responsible for models , you are required to bring your own. No show of models will mean the course will need to be rescheduled and the learner will be liable for a charge of the full course price (minus the booking fee). This will be taken from the bank card details saved onto learners bookings.

 12. Inner Buzz Beauty School reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or change the location of a course, we endeavour to give 24 hours notice and in the unlikely event this happens an alternative training date will be offered to those free of charge who can not attend.

12. Inner Buzz Beauty School is unable to offer any refunds for cancellations beyond our control i.e adverse weather conditions, terrorist attacks, flooding, industrial action or visa refusals. In this situation an alternative training date will be offered. The Beauty School is not responsible for any loss of income, accommodation or travelling costs that students may incur.

13. It is the students responsibility to check and meet prerequisites before booking

14. It is the responsibility of the learner to ensure your insurance will cover you for the treatment. All our courses are accredited with CPD Centre of Excellence.

15. Booked training is not transferable to another person so please make sure that that booking is made in the correct name of the person attending the course.

16. Once you have booked a course you can not take advantage of any offers for that course if seen advertised

17. Please arrive at the Beauty School by 9:45am ready for a 10:00am start unless otherwise arranged. If you arrive late you will be refused entry. If you are travelling from outside of Redcar please leave extra travel time in case of traffic or public transport delays. Dinner break is 12pm until 12.50pm. You are required to leave the Beauty School during the lunch break due to the teacher setting up for practical. If you arrive back from lunch late you may be unable to complete the course and will forfeit the course fees. Models are needed from 12.50pm

18. Please follow a professional dress code. Tunics, black clothing or beauty uniform is required. Hair should be tied back for practical sessions and minimal jewellery must be worn.

19. You should be prepared to go through an in depth theory session and some courses have a mild test included. You will carry out a practical treatment on the model.

20. The course manuals and supporting documents are the property of Inner Buzz Beauty School and are copyright. You cannot reproduce any of the manual (unless stated) without written permission from us. You will be in breach of contract by using the manual or teaching the subject from the manual.

21. Following training, learners should begin practising treatments as soon as possible whilst the knowledge and skills are freshly learned. We recommend leaners ensure their public liability cover is in place before accepting paying clients.

22. Inner Buzz Beauty School does not operate a guaranteed pass on courses. However in the event a leaner does not reach standards, further training, advice and support will be offered to help student achieve a pass.

23. In the event of the learner not passing on the first session, they will be offered the same course again free of charge.

24. Certificates are only issued to leaners who have shown competence throughout the course and assessment periods. It is expected a leaner will practice regularly to improve and progress.

 25. All course fees are non refundable even in the event of certification not been awarded.

 26. Any personal belongings/items left will need to be collected. We accept no responsibility for any items that need to be posted out to leaners.
